the property is not near anything, very nice property with large rooms, would have been better if warm enough to use outdoor areas which looked very nice, spa and gym have limited hours, staff is very pleasant, the bar had a welcoming vibe, the breakfast has many options, overall it was nice but disappointed I could only access gym when spa was open

Beautiful Resort on the Sea! We had the full terrace suite with the sea view. We highly recommend. Everyone was so friendly. They spoke various languages and we had no issues communicating. Overall an amazing stay!! They allowed us to leave our luggages so we can go to our Capri Tour for the day, I thought that was really nice!! Upon check in, we were greeted warmly by all of the staff and since we were leaving at 5:30am to catch our flight back to US; they fixed us breakfast to go! That’s definitely going above and beyond!! Front Desk spoke English extremely well!! The pool area is amazing and nice with fresh towels! The room was clean and bed was comfortable! Will stay again!

Great place for a hoilday. Really nice and quiet, great breakfast and the staff helped us on anything that we had question's about with the up most politeness. There is a bus stop just down the street that will take you to Castellammare di stabia (walkable) where you can get a train to all of the sites that the area has to offer such as the beautiful coast of sorrent, ancient city of pompei and the busling city of napoli. This hotel is a treasure in itself and a true hidden gem. Weather your looking for a quiet get away with superb cocktales and drinks or for new and exciting experiences, the towers hotel can do it all. Happy travels 👍

The hotel itself is amazing and HUGE! Very nice. The only thing I didn't like is it is remote, and you need to have a car to get around. Not within walking distance to anything. I'll definitely stay there again though, but will have to rent a car.

The place was ok. I was travelling with my teenage son. If you are someone who works in the morning or evening while on vacation, I’d suggest perhaps another hotel since the wifi was awful. Since I was with my son (missing school) we do homework and study most evenings. The first night after check in I called the front desk since my son was doing homework and the wifi was cutting out every few minutes. I was told there wasn’t maintenance but they’d have someone call me the next day. No call was received so I called back again (in the meantime I added considerable data to my eSIM so we were paying for our own data). They came and spoke with me and said they had restarted the modem, but nothing again had changed. I called back after a hour of the modem being restated, and was told someone would call me back. Nobody did. The third night was the same. One staff gentleman was very nice but the rest of the staff I spoke with I felt just wanted me to go away. Thank goodness for eSIMs. If you depend on wifi, this isn’t your hotel. My staff service rating was a reflection of how the staff spoke to me.

The property has an incredible view and 40 minutes from Naples if you have a rental car will be perfect for you!

Wonderful place to visit and stay. Staff is so kind. The spa was heavenly. The view is amazing! Stayed here in two different occasions would stay again
