The Pini apartment is part of the Renai e Monte farmhouse and is located in the Monte area, renovated in 2002. The apartment is immersed in the Tuscan countryside among vineyards and olive groves.
It has an area of 54 sq m and is located on the ground floor. The apartment was designed in compliance with Italian laws relating to access for disabled people, with access ramp and accessible bathroom.
Outside there is a garden equipped with table and chairs, umbrella and deck chair.
Upon entering, we find the open space living area consisting of lounge with sofa, flat screen TV with satellite channels and a kitchenette with oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher and dining table. Moving from the living area we find a corridor with two rooms, the triple bedroom and the bathroom with shower.
It is possible to open the double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is furnished in Tuscan style with exposed beams and terracotta floors and quality furniture.
The apartment also has a beautiful 8x16 mosaic swimming pool with hydromassage, garden with mini-playground for children, wi-fi, paid laundry space and two bbqs.
Our company produces a delicious extra virgin olive oil, wine and jam and organizes tastings of typical products
