The apartment has a private garden with outdoor table and chairs and private parking spaces within walking distance.

Large living room with entrance, equipped with a double sofa bed, in this area is placed the TV. Dining area with large and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The room can be a double or double single bed on request, equipped with wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror and chair.
