Really enjoyed our stay the facilities were great, the restuarnat was a bit tired as was the outside of the building and few buildings were clearly shut down for good. However the pool area and the room were very good and enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel was clean and the staff very nice but it was quite outdated, pillows very hard, beds and pullout couch very old and uncomfortable. Although pool was very nice and clean, the area around pool needs some updates. Cracked tile, worn materials and outdoor seating. The dining hall was just ok. Breakfast was satisfactory but dinner was not great (entree consisted of 4 tiny ravioli. There were lovely views and as mentioned due to the cleanliness and beauty of the pool that was enough for us to stay.

Hotel un po' datato ma comodo, pulito, immerso nel verde. Potrete fare bellissime passeggiate. Ristorante molto buono, cibo di qualitĂ  e varietĂ  abbondante. Il personale perfetto. Abbiamo gradito molto il checkout alle 12 che ti permette di uscire in relax. Peccato che la SPA Ăš da rivedere (porta sauna rotta), solo quattro lettini nella zona relax, docce cosĂŹ cosĂŹ, piscina esterna ed interna con zone effervescenti non funzionanti, noi non abbiamo visto personale di salvataggio o controllo.

Il parco termale Ăš molto bello e la struttura immersa nel verde. Personale alla reception preparato e gentile, mi hanno anche dato una stanza con letti piĂč grandi visto che avevo una bambina di 3 anni. Purtroppo stanno facendo lavori di mannutenzione, gli intonaci esterni dello Sporting avrebbero bisogno di un rinnovo, il bar della piscina non funzionava e non vi era alcun getto per le cervicali, stranissimo x un parco termale.Manca un area gioco per bambini interna o esterna. La colazione non era proprio a livello di un 4 stelle. Ancora molti prodotti in confezioni di plastica e mancava la frutta fresca intera.
