There was no cold or cool water. It was straight hot. Plus there was no complimentary breakfast. We also went to ask for a extra towel because there was only 3 and we had 4 people. He told us we had to bring our dirty ones in to get new. One more thing was, they didn't let us know they would be power washing the walk ways on each floor. So while we were unloading the car, we came back down to get more out of the car and it was covered in sand.

I had pulled a sail rail dune buggy down to play on the beach, However, but it broke on the trip down. Manager let me park there with out issues. No one missed with it. Well lit parking lot.

Terrible hotel

When we arrived our reserved room was not available and we were told that we wpuld be given another room for the same price which ended up being a cheaper room that we were not given a discount for. Majority of the rooms were filled with water due to a/c issues we had to switch rooms due to this. The check our time is not as listed so we were forced to leave early as well. Staff is not friendly and uncaring. Spend your money some where else

Very Clean, Freshly remodeled and painted, Nice pool, Good parking and Great location!! The beds were very comfortable and the pool was clean and enjoyable. Oh, and they allow pets for an additional fee. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy and staff were friendly. We will stay here again!! Highly recommend!

Very decent hotel for great price. Nothing fancy but room was clean, AC worked well, and room was comfortable. Not to mention that we had a window that provided us with a beachfront view. Room 202. Manager and staff were all friendly and helpful. Very pet friendly. I would stay there again.
