Amazing!

We had a great trip to Galveston, post Baryl. This condo has an amazing view of Babe’s Beach and one of the beautiful pools. I would recommend this stay! Thank you, John! We had a blast!

Good A/C, Location, Pools, Clean

My adult kids and I stayed the weekend in this condo. We had great communication with the owner and found everything we needed (towels, dishes, cookware). There is a toaster oven and stovetop to cook anything you want. Pools were clean, and the 2 hot tubs were clean and operating. Our elevator worked. Parking was fine. It was a really busy summer weekend and we found the place to be very pleasant to get away from the crowds and heat to take naps or have snacks/tv. We had 5 people and slept comfortably. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient Location and Great Pools

Overall our stay was good. The amenities and location were great. You could easily pick up anything you needed or run out and grab a bite to eat. We also enjoyed the hospitality of the owner and his suggestion. The only complaint we had was with the AC’s programming at night. It would pre-cool in the evening, but at 12:30 at night it wouldn’t run again until the temperature reached 74 degrees. With the high temperatures and humidity while we we there, it made sleeping uncomfortable. After speaking with the owner, it worked correctly that night, but returned to the original programming the following night.

My stay was horrible

We checked in Friday no AC and had to rent a hotel the Friday night at 9:00 because the heat was so bad it was 75 degrees in our room. No working TV. We got AC Saturday at 5:00 and a working tv at 9:00 Saturday. We were in contact with the host and he was acting like we didn’t know how to set a thermostat. He said I’m sending my property manager who happens to be the housekeeper. The host outright told me NO when I asked for some kind refund. I would never rent anything from this person or place again. I went on this trip to celebrate recovering from lung cancer and Chemo. He ruined my time there.
