The overnight front desk clerk...terrible. Very difficult to work with. Put us in rooms that were in desperate need of repair. Cut my foot on a broken/sunken floorboard. Will not recommend or stay here again and will be advising the same in all the cruise groups I am a part of on social media. The ONLY saving grace was the morning/afternoon front desk agent. He was very friendly and understanding and helped us the best he could.

We were thoroughly surprised by how nice our room was. Modern, comfortable, and very clean. Lots of dining choices within walking distance, and only a couple of minutes to the beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We came here the night before our cruise left at Galveston Port. They were super easy to work with because we arrived extremely late ( 2am ). They have 24 hour service for hotel check in.
