The property was good overall but the only complaint that we have is small but when we went to use our refrigerator it was not cold because it had been turned down, we had went to a nice seafood restaurant and brought back take home boxes and could not put them in the refrigerator because it was not cold.

We were in Galveston to take a Freedom Boat Club vessels out for the day! Our Pelican Nest Marina is 10 minutes from the Hotel which has great Ocean Views and access to the Beach. Great places to eat fantastic food and enjoy the views

When we checked in the lady, we had no patience , she wasn’t extremely rude, but you could see it. One of our bookings didn’t go through. I had three rooms. The house cleaning cleaned our room said she’d be back to drop off new towels never showed back up after we tipped her five dollars. The carpets in the hallways were pretty beat up. Not sure if they were vacuumed in days . Not a horrible horrible place to stay, but they could do better.
