Step into a sunny, bright, and contemporary interior with a soaring ceiling set above a spacious and very inviting great room. Visiting chefs are sure to love the sparkling, open-concept kitchen with its full suite of stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Gather for more formal dining at the enormous table inside, or head out to the furnished, wraparound deck where you'll find a large table ready for perfect alfresco meals. The deck is also where you'll find several chairs and chaise lounges for those wanting to work on their tans.

Back indoors, settle into the matching sofas in the main living area and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts or head up to the loft with a cup of coffee and a good book on lazy afternoons.

For sleeping options, choose from four seaside-themed bedrooms including a kid-friendly room with dual bunks and a top-floor main bedroom with its own furnished balcony, en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.

This home also includes a convenient outdoor shower and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
