● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 8 minutes from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn!

● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Private Pool: This home features an above-ground pool that is 4.5 ft deep with a spacious deck for lounging.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Cozy up for family movie nights, whip up delicious breakfasts in the fully-equipped kitchen, or gather around the spacious dining table for shared meals and laughter. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor for added convenience.

Venture upstairs to find your peaceful retreat. The primary bedroom has a plush king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a luxurious shower and double sinks. Down the hall, two more inviting bedrooms await, one offering a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. The third bedroom features a queen bed with twin bunk beds, providing ample sleeping space for the whole family.

Outside the backyard is the perfect spot to rejuvenate and create lasting memories. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you gather around the fire pit for stories and s`mores. On warm days, take a refreshing dip in the above-ground pool, or simply spread out on the spacious deck to catch some rays and enjoy a meal outdoors. However you choose to unwind, this backyard offers endless opportunities for peace and tranquility.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
