There is plenty of space to put your family and friends in this three-bedroom, three full bath, two half bath 1750 sq ft heavenly beach getaway that sleeps 9.
• Master bedroom has its own private balcony with fanatic views of the lagoon and sunsets, king size bed, TV, full-size tub and shower.
• Second bedroom also has its own private balcony with amazing views of the ocean, queen size bed, TV, and a private bathroom.
• Third bedroom has full-size bunk beds and a twin bed, TV, and private bathroom. All of our rooms offer high-quality linens and towels.

This reverse floor plan beach house has:
• Fully equipped kitchen with every chef’s needs. Top of the line cooking and baking equipment, Keurig, blender, toaster, and much more!
• Dining room with comfortable seating for six with an additional breakfast table that seats four.
• The living area is equipped with a sofa sleeper bed that sleeps two and has a large balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf, bay, and lagoon.
• Every TV has cable service, and the home is equipped with Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer are included. A limited supply of paper goods, dish soap, laundry detergent, and beach towels are included.
Seasational has only electric appliances and electric HVAC equipment. Eliminating the danger of carbon monoxide. In addition, there are smoke detectors in every room and check regularly.

Get the most out of your beach vacation and enjoy our outdoor tiki bar with fridge, private outdoor shower, downstairs bathroom, bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, and charcoal grill.

With only a few steps to the cross-over, enjoy the perks of a privately cleaned beach by having plenty of space for activities and the benefits of vehicles prohibited on the beach.

POINTE WEST BEACH CLUB: Check out the Pointe West private beach club equipped with:
• Infinity pool, kids pool, hot tub, fitness center, and seasonal restaurant and bar. Live music provided at the bar on Saturday evenings from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Additional pool with a heated lazy river and hot tub.
• Access to the Pointe West amenities requires a $25 fee per person per stay (maximum of 9 people per stay). This fee is not included in our quote and is payable to the beach club (non-refundable).

CITY OF GALVESTON: The city of Galveston is just a short ride away and offers tons of attractions for young and old such as:
• Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier with amazing rides and fun for all ages.
• Schlitterbahn Water park.
• Moody Gardens Pyramids with an aquarium, rain forest, a 3D and a 4D movie theatre, a huge outdoor pool area with sandy beaches and fun water features.
