Just a 2 minute drive from the shore, build sandcastles by day & cozy up by the fire pit under starry skies at night. Feeling playful? Challenge your crew to arcade games or foosball in the downstairs gameroom! Two living areas offer space to relax & reconnect. Families or friends, ditch the plans & embrace the island vibes! ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach access: Just a two minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

No Agenda Hacienda provides the perfect layout for families and friends to relax and have fun. The main living area, filled with natural light, features a Smart TV – perfect for movie nights after a day building sandcastles. Enjoy casual meals at the kitchen island while the fun spills over to the ground floor!

This lower level offers a full-size sleeper sofa, a comfy full sized bunk bed, a classic arcade game, and a foosball table – get ready for some friendly competition! A convenient half bathroom with a laundry area completes the ground floor.

Head upstairs and discover two comfortable bedrooms, each with plenty of space to unwind. One room boasts a queen-sized bed, while the other features a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. Step outside onto the large front porch, where you can choose between a shaded area for a cool retreat or a sunny spot to soak up the rays.

After a day of exploring Jamaica Beach, gather around the fire pit in the massive backyard and roast marshmallows under the stars. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy a delicious cookout, or simply relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture and listen to the calming sounds of the ocean breeze. No Agenda Hacienda is your perfect escape for creating lasting memories with loved ones.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
