Fantastic Customer Service
Thank You to the staff. I give you 100%. Wyndham put their name on this hotel. I don’t pretend to know how financial need is determined but Wyndham should put money into fixing it up. A lot is in need of repair, leaking shower when running, chipped walls and replacement carpets and repaint inside.

Not their fault. I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn next door. Saturday night there were car enthusiasts racing their cars up and down the road. It was enough to wake me and unable to get back to sleep.

The staff was nice but didn’t have a lampshade for the lamp. Just a bare bulb. And one of my pillow covers was dirty.

The only thing this place has going for them was the nice greeting by the front desk personnel. Very outdated room. No updated technology for phones (USB). No iron/ironing board. Sink was so small I could not put much out for use. No coffee pot in room.
