Such a fun place with great food—we ate dinner and breakfast. Also wonderful gift shop! We hung out in the secret room and perused all the books! Service was outstanding. Construction outside started at 8 am sharp. It’s necessary so can’t really complain just be prepared. Bathroom (toilet and sink)was small but shower area was good size and water pressure great.

My mom and I loved staying in this beautifully decorated historic hotel, and felt safe as two female travelers. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, even welcoming my little dog. The room was spotless, and the gift shop and restaurant were terrific. I highly recommend this Route 66 must-see, and will stay here again in the future. Thank you!

The fact that it is pet friendly is exceptional and affordable we can’t say enough about the menu selections the shrimp Alfredo was excellent as well as breakfast this is an exceptional place to visit for old time historical entertainment too

We are on the third floor above the exhaust fan and our room has smelled like smoke and steak since they started serving dinner. It stinks they gave us this room, literally.

The hotel it is a pretty construction but they have some weird rule about 4 drinks per person at the bar, that they didn’t even want to explain to us. The room air conditioner was way too much loud, turning off and on all night long.

Blast from the past

Great refurbished hotel. The decor was like going back to a simpler time with all the old furniture and pictures. Room was clean quiet and the bed comfortable. Bathroom might be a little small but the shower was very nice. Looking forward to our next trip to Colorado and we will be back to stay and enjoy their restaurant.
