Located in a peaceful olive grove and surrounded by mature gardens, Villa Oliva is a lovely 4 bedroomed villa with a lovely private swimming pool. Consisting of a living room, dining room, spacious kitchen area, and 4 bedrooms there is plenty of room to relax in comfort.

Externally, the large exclusive garden, surrounded by olive groves lends itself to outdoor living, with shaded areas outside the house for al fresco dining or relaxing whilst taking in the sumptuous view.

The villa is on 2 floors. There is a private gated entrance for the villa.

The comfortable villa is very well equipped. The owner, who is an English language teacher, is very attentive and is available for any queries you may have. She has furnished the villa with care using quality furnishings.

The garden is beautifully kept by the owners. Below the garden is the owners olive grove. They make excellent olive oil every year.

Location

The house is just below the tiny village of Campo, and a few minutes drive from the small town of Gallicano. There is a new restaurant only 20 minutes walk from the house.

The ancient and beautiful festival town of Barga can be seen from the house, and it's only a few kilometres drive from the market town of Castelnuovo with its many restaurants, cafe bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Local festivals are held in the dozens of villages nearby.

There are many restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Nearby is the famous Devils Bridge.
Lucca is 40 minutes by car or train.
Pisa is under 1.5 hours drive or by train.
Florence is 2 hours.
Cinque Terre 2.5 hours.
There is a train station 10 minutes away.
