A pousada tem quarto bem confortável. Apesar da água salgada, disponibiliza água doce pro banho. Ficamos no chalé 2 e tinha um cheiro ruim. Acredito que pela água… O serviço é bom mas na tinha cerveja gelada, água de coco, suco de laranja, e quase na havia disponibilidade de frutas locais para drinks, o que é estranho por se tratar de um polo frutífero.

A pousada é muito bonita, quarto confortável, café da manhã bom (mas faltava repor alguns itens se chegássemos depois de sua abertura). Super bem localizada, à beira do braço de mar e tem um pier bem em frente (pegamos lá o passeio de barco). O pôr do sol visto da piscina e de suas proximidades é encantador. Tivemos, no entanto, um contratempo: a torneira do banheiro quebrou à noite. Isso poderia acontecer em qualquer local, mas o problema foi que procuramos ajuda e não tinha ninguém da equipe do hotel, sequer um vigia. Segurança zero! O problema só foi solucionado porque meu esposo foi procurar ajuda no hotel vizinho e conseguiu o contato de um senhor da empresa que, extremamente prestativo, consertou a torneira, secou e limpou todo o banheiro. No dia seguinte, para compensar nosso transtorno, foi-nos estornado o valor das diárias, sem que pedíssemos, o que se mostrou uma boa atitude da empresa.

Pousada Amagali é incrível: café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto muito cheiroso e confortável, decoração simples, rústica e linda, localização ótima, atendimento muito bom. Ambiente maravilhoso! Pousada ampla, confortável, quarto grande, restaurante simpático, café da manhã personalizado, piscina agradável. Excelente equipe! Atendimento 10 das equipes de recepção, restaurante e cozinha. Só o banheiro que tinha um pouco de cheiro ruim desde a nossa chegada. Nada grave. Ruim a água da pousada ser salobra. Mas eles disponibilizam água mineral para higiene bucal e para finalizar o banho. Cidade tranquila e passeios muito bons!

Experiência fantástica

Segunda vez que me hospedo na pousada Amagali. Galinhos é um destino único, em minha opinião o mais bonito do RN. A pousada Amagali é a melhor opção de hospedagem na vila. Apesar da ótima estrutura, conforto e beleza da pousada já serem motivos suficientes para querer voltar, dessa vez, foi a simpatia e o atendimento impecável do começo ao fim de absolutamente todos os funcionários da pousada que roubou a cena e contribuiu para um final de semana ainda mais memorável. Recomendo muito e já quero voltar.
