The STAFF was so gracious!!!! Plan was to stay two nights, however, husband got sick and wanted to return home to recover.....so we had to cancel one night. Desk clerk was so understanding.....appreciate that Professional and Compassionate Service!

The heater in my room did not work. It had gotten 20 degrees colder overnight, and the room was freezing. We asked for service; it didn't work. We got a space heater for our 2nd night. Emma Kate and a male night worker were friendly and helpful. And there were fruit flies in the bathroom. The waterpark/pool meant lots of kids. We had I'd guess 2 in the room above us that jumped and ran for almost 2 hours at night. Other than that, beautiful property, great staff, nice amenities.

Overall property was okay. Close to downtown. Did not like that there was an elderly water aerobics class in the main pool numerous times during our visit. We were not made aware of outside folks coming in to use the amenities limiting our time in the pool. That was a major disappointment. That was literally the only reason we booked this hotel- for the pool use. My car was dinged up pretty bad in the parking lot. Someone carelessly hit my car and left a sizable dent and didn’t say anything. No do not disturb signs in the rooms. Soap bottles hanging in shower were broken and falling off.

The staff was so Friendly!! Clean rooms and the amenities were top notch. I liked the room service paper they gave upon check in where you could request items you needed and if you wanted them to come in the room or leave on the door. The pool area was very nice. My only critic would be the adult pool was not heated like the kid pool. The beds, pillows and couch was very comfortable as well. Overall, excellent stay!
