Nice two days business visit at Östersund, hotel is in good spot right in the hard of the town, depite to that it was easy to find free over night place for big van I was travelling.

Noisy !

Asked hotel if the nightclub was operational due to previous bad reviews. They promised me it was closed but on friday and saturday night it was fully functioning till early hours of the morning.

The hotel is decent overall, but we experienced two nights of disruptive nightclub music coming through the walls. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom is so dim that it's barely adequate for basic tasks, like walking without stumbling. The breakfast doesn't meet the usual high Scandinavian standards. The hotel's redeeming feature is its spa with a great view, but aside from that, our stay has been quite disappointing. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Dags att uppgradera hela hotellet, men bra spa!

Dags att uppgradera hela byggnaden. Rummet hade ingen AC, flÀkten blÄste högljutt och bara varmluft vilket gjorde att vi behövde sova med fönstret öppet. Kl 7:30 sÄ tuttade en lastbil precis utanför fönstret 2 gÄnger sÄ vi bÄda vaknade till i panik. Lampan i rummet och i korridoren var vÀldigt dÄlig upplyst, hade det inte varit sommar hade vi inte sett nÄgot Àven fast lampan hade varit pÄ, samma med lampan i badrummet - nÀstan mörkt i rummet Àven fast lampan var tÀnd. I sÀngen fanns det en flÀck pÄ lakanet nÀr vi skulle lÀgga oss vilket kÀndes vÀldigt ofrÀsch, hittade Àven skrÀp i hörnet av rummet som borde ha stÀdats bort. ArmrÀcket i trappen var trasig sÄ behöver du stödja dig nedför trapporna sÄ hÄll i vÀggen istÀllet. Det positiva var frukostbuffén, spa:t var bra och vÀrt 195kr! Skulle absolut anvÀnda spa:t igen men inte övernatta tror jag. De som jobbar pÄ hotellet var trevliga ocksÄ.
