Welcome to your cozy and stylish stay in the heart of Gaithersburg! This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse is in a quiet Gaithersburg neighborhood, ideal for families, business travelers, or small groups visiting the Washington, D.C. area.

The home features a baby grand piano, fenced backyard with fire pit, deck, and bbq, a bright and cozy living room with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, a dining area, perfect for family meals or small gatherings. Upstairs, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms with queen beds and twin bunk beds, and all bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essentials for your convenience. We have a twin size pullout available in the dining room for guests who have trouble with stairs or if you just need an extra bed. Baby toys, books, and bath, full sized crib, and changing table make this home great for those traveling with a little one. We also have a small kids table and high chair available.

Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the private fenced backyard, go for a walk or jog in the well maintained neighborhoods surrounding us, try your hand on the beautiful piano, or grab a board game or book from our basement. Make use of the washer and dryer during longer stays. Free parking is available directly in front of the home. BBQ is available to all guests, but guests are responsible for cleaning and supplying propane.

Fire pit is available to all guests. Guests are responsible for supplying their own firewood. Our local Safeway often carries bundles of wood and is under 5 minutes away. Please follow local fire safety guidelines when using.

AC and Heater: Our home has a centralized heating and air conditioning system. Because of this, temperatures may vary slightly throughout the house. During the summer, the upper floors tend to be warmer than the lower levels and basement. In the winter, the basement may feel cooler than the upper floors.
We appreciate your understanding, and we encourage guests to dress comfortably for different areas of the home.

During snowy conditions, guests are responsible for clearing snow from their designated areas. We will provide a snow shovel for your use. If you prefer to hire professional snow removal, we can assist with arranging the service for an additional fee—just let us know.
