Rented the house for my daughter’s UF Veterinary school graduation. Plenty of space for the whole family. Check in and check out went smoothly, host responded quickly with any questions. The pool was a big hit and plenty big for everyone. My only suggestion for pool area would be some seating. The kitchen was large and has plenty of cabinet space. I would recommend for any large groups visiting the area.

What a tremendous value for the money. The host were extremely responsive and helpful. We celebrated the USMC birthday with friends and family for around the country. We filled every bed and and had 10 additional guest. The place was perfect. The second side of the house was perfect for the ceremony and the accommodations were perfect. Great for large group in quiet location

This site offers two homes connected by a covered breezeway - plenty of space for our large group of birdwatchers. We appreciated the range of rooms and beds that we had to choose from - so much space!

Enjoyed hosting a large family weekend gathering a the house. The house was large and clean and the two separate living spaces worked out well. The kitchen in the main house was big and well-stocked. We loved the covered porch and comfy seating there. The pool itself is clean and large. There is only one ladder into the pool so it's not ADA or kid friendly. Overall, I recommend this for a large group getaway.
