Cute home, major concerns.

I came in for a funeral for a family member who had passed in Gainesville, got in later in the evening, and was able to access the little home without difficulty. Purely exhausted, very late at night, and the back door will not lock the deadbolt does not match up with the door frame, and the only way that I could feel comfortable was to place a chair under the door. The upper lock locks automatically, but you cannot tell from the apparatus that it is locked. I notified the owner who was polite and communicative answering the text an hour later, stating that she would remove $50 off of the rental fee the next day when attempting to get ready for the funeral the one and only bathroom bathtub water does not drain while you’re showering so the water is up over your ankles again I notified the property manager who stated that there were some issues. I felt I was in a position where I had no choice but to complete my overnight stay because that day I had to attend my mothers funeral. I attempted to contact the property owner who did not respond for many hours. Again she apologized and I let her know that I was very upset it had to stay in her home had been. The home is decorated very cute, but the important things for a overnight stay or simply not there. It is unsafe and has sewer problems. I do not recommend staying in this home. Respectfully, Dana.

Wedding Weekend

The duplex was super clean which is really important to me. The beds were comfortable and the linens smelled really fresh and clean. Really comfortable furnishings. The location to the main square in Gainsville was great just a few minutes. The location of the property was good however there are a few less desirable homes nearby. It was quiet and safe overall we thought this was a really great rental.

Amazing

The property was just the right size for my husband and I. The bed was comfortable and it was cool inside when we got there. When we come back to Gainesville we hope it is still available so we can stay again.
