I was greeted with a roach on the ceiling and a spider in my bathroom sink. The shower with handicap access leaks all over the floor. The refrigerator had standing water in it. It was very noisy- not the hotel’s fault. Noisy neighbors above and beside me until 3 AM. My clothes and bags have a musty mothball smell after leaving.

The carpet in the hallway must of just been cleaned. There where yellow sign stands and a very strong deodorizer smell. The dampness from the carpet was tracked into our room making our floors sticky and dirty. Our socks were filthy after walking on the floors.

I specifically chose this hotel because it said they serve breakfast. Their idea of breakfast does not match mine. There was no breakfast meat. There were no eggs. There was very little variety of anything else. The only thing that I could see that would be acceptable is waffles and coffee. Service was great. The room was okay. It got the job done for me to rest and revive for a long drive the followong day.

The experience was great. I'd love to come back. The only problem was there was the smell of weed from some rooms on my floor even though there was a no smoking policy. I wish the management can enforce that a lot more. Take frequent tours on the floors and warn or remove people violating the smoking policy. Make use of your security detail or even the cops. The no-smoke policy is important for some of us. Thank you.
