La casa di Ulisse is a spacious and bright apartment, featuring air-conditioned rooms, private parking, and a garden surrounding the property for your exclusive use. Enjoy a relaxing holiday: you can have lunch in the garden and spend time outdoors in complete tranquility. The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cosy living room with a large dining table, comfortable sofas, and a 32" TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included!). The "<br>" space "La casa di Ulisse" is a large apartment, perfect for large families and groups, with a total of 10 sleeping spots: two double bedrooms (one of which has an extra single bed); another bedroom with two single beds; a large living room with two queen-size sofa beds. All bedrooms offer a stunning view of the garden, stay cool thanks to ceiling fans, and the entire sleeping area is also equipped with air conditioning.
The spacious living room opens directly onto the private garden, where you can relax after a day at the beach and dine outdoors under the gazebo.
The house features two well-appointed bathrooms: both have showers, and one also includes a bathtub. A washing machine is provided.
The kitchen has been recently renovated and is equipped with everything you need: spacious worktops, a large breakfast table, an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, and air conditioning—fully equipped with everything necessary to accommodate a large number of guests.
The furnishings are brand new!

Guest Access
The entire house, including the garden and parking, will be for your exclusive use for the duration of your stay.

We’re Marco and Eleonora, a young couple; we’ll both be available by phone, email, and WhatsApp throughout your stay. We speak both English and French—please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions. Amenities:
Each guest is provided with one set of bed linens and one set of towels for stays of 1 to 7 nights; for stays longer than one week, an additional set of bed linens and towels is provided at check-in. We do not change linens, and a maximum of 2 sets of bed linens and towels are provided, even if your stay exceeds two weeks.
A generous basic cleaning kit is provided in the house; refills are not provided during your stay.

House Rules
It is not permitted to host parties or events of any kind.
Smoking is not permitted indoors; smoking is allowed in the garden provided you respect the furnishings and green areas (do not throw cigarette butts or ash on the ground or among the shrubs).
You may not host (or invite) guests who were not listed at the time of booking (including infants and children) and who have not been registered at check-in. Before your arrival, you may request to modify your reservation (by adding one or more guests).
We do not accept minors unaccompanied by parents or legal guardians.
Pets are not allowed, unless they are service animals (whose presence must be disclosed at the time of booking).
Please respect siesta hours and avoid making noise at night.
Please be considerate of the neighbors and common areas.
Please follow the rules for recycling (building-wide collection).
The property includes one private, free parking space; parking more than one car is not permitted.
Do not use open flames inside the house.
Always close all windows and doors when leaving the property.
In case of rain, do not leave chairs or other furniture in the garden; bring everything back inside the property at check-out.
As required by Italian law regarding tourist accommodation, at check-in we will ask you to sign the short-term rental agreement (if you need to review it in advance, please feel free to ask us for a copy) and to provide the identification details of each guest (including infants and children), nationality, date of birth, and place of birth.
The municipality of Gaeta requires payment of a tourist tax of €1 per day for up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days (with exemptions for children under 16, people with disabilities and their caregivers, and law enforcement officers on duty; if you fall into one of the above categories, please bring a document proving your exemption.
