Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und fanden die negativen Bewertungen übertrieben, Natürlich ist das Hotel nicht brandneu und man merkt ihm die Jahre an, aber das stört uns nicht im Geringsten, Was die Mitarbeiter angeht: Die Freundlichkeit hängt oft von der eigenen Einstellung ab, Ein großes Lob an das Housekeeping-Team! Das Badezimmer im Zimmer könnte etwas frischer wirken, es gab gelegentlich unangenehme Gerüche aus der Toilette und das Wasser benötigte eine Weile, um warm zu werden, Der Platz im Zimmer war jedoch ausreichend, Ein bisschen mehr frisches Obst und Gemüse beim Frühstück wäre wünschenswert, Wir haben die Sauna täglich genutzt, allerdings war der Geräuschpegel von der Poolseite bis in die Sauna spürbar, Das Dampfbad war oft nicht warm, da es manuell eingeschaltet werden musste und sich immer wieder ausschaltete - das war nicht optimal, Ein Snackautomat in der Lobby wäre eine tolle Ergänzung, Unser Zimmer war hell, geräumig und sehr gut schallisoliert, die Betten waren äußerst bequem, Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, und der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war wirklich lecker!
