Starting off as soon as we walked in there was a smell that was not good. It almost smelled like the place had been flooded and the aftermath was left. Then we found out construction was going on which is great but it would’ve been nice to have had a heads up because it was loud. Thankfully we were there on a Sat. night so they didn’t work Sun. morn. She was nice enough to put us on the 4th floor so that the noise could be avoided however when we got to the room there were dozens of lady bugs crawling/flying around the window. Apparently this has been an ongoing problem because the lady at the front desk said, “ugh, I was hoping all this cold weather would’ve killed them.” There was also garbage in the garbage can. They moved us to the 2nd floor. No bugs there thankfully however there were no bath towels, the toilet seat was broken and upon inspecting that it was discovered under the top of the toilet bowl was dirty. It just left us with the ick. I went so far as to sleep in my clothes that I had on. Also, I can count on one hand how many reviews I’ve ever written. The one good thing about the stay was the amazing breakfast bar. There was just about anything you could imagine on there. All in all, definitely would not stay there again and just can’t bring myself to recommend it.

The public area’s floor was dirty. The entrance to my room was dirty. The trash cans outside were overflowing with trash. The hotel itself smelled like mold including my room. The smell did go away somewhat when I turned the AC on. The food was ready in the am which was nice and was fresh. The front desk was nice and the snack bar was nice. The front desk at night and day time were very professional and nice

The lobby had a very odd smell. Not a great first impression.The bed was very comfortable which is most important, but I would have expected more up-to-date furniture and less peeling wall paper from a room at this price point.
