This property consists of two houses—a fully renovated former barn (160 m²) and a traditional winegrower's house (90 m²)—that share a large and shady open space of 150 m² under a covered area, where you can enjoy a heated pool. It's ideal for two families wishing to spend their holidays together while maintaining their privacy.
Your beloved pets will safely enjoy the fully enclosed courtyard and small garden.
A perfect place for two families to share vacation moments while still having their own private spaces.
The semi-inground pool (with counter-current swimming for the more athletic) also provides a safe environment for children under 2 years old, under parental supervision, of course.
For BBQ lovers, you'll have both a Weber grill with plancha (to be cleaned after each use) and a traditional Occitan-style barbecue.
The courtyard will truly be your shared gathering spot, centered around the large table! You can enjoy family BBQ evenings—while, of course, respecting the peace of my neighbors, just as they will respect yours (ideally, no music after midnight…).
For sunbathing enthusiasts, the rooftop terrace on the first floor of the barn is just for you.
