The stay started off with a delay (2hr) to check-in due to issue with previous renter.The house in general was acceptable but the contents need to be changed out. Such as couches were not comfortable to sit in; one had a cigarette burn, there were crumbles & general dirt under the couches and cushions as well as inside the footstools. The additional chairs had the webbing broken, the window shades had broken slats which caused there to be open area so there was no privacy from the outside, the one bed had a thick landscaping stone under one leg to level the bed frame, the towels would be good for scrap, definitely if stating towels provided would suggest to have towels large enough for adults and absorbent enough dry adults and children, pillows need to be thrown out (suggestion to tell people either to bring their own), while there is cookware I would suggest to update as several pans have scratches which has removed the coating which isn't good for cooking. Toys - if you are going to have toys for children then those should be clean. There was a doll that was a filthy mess from hair to body (which was cloth). It is nice to have the toys but make sure they are appropriate to play with. The king size bed mattress was not comfortable at all. The one closet had lots of misc items (remaining flooring planks, old tv, bed comforter, etc) wouldn't have been room to put a suitcase away. The property was ok just needs some tlc if going to want future renters. We felt safe.
