I've stayed here multiple times, and I always have a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect, it's very central and you can walk to most places or hop on the subway, which is also very close by. The rooms are always clean and well-ventilated. The staff are extremely attentive and willing to help even if there can be a bit of a language barrier (though that's more on me for not having great Japanese skills). In terms of value, location, and staff service, I really can't think of a better place to stay. Can't wait to be back again!

We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of September in the middle of a heatwave - the AC kept the room cool and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a huge bonus as well - it was very convenient. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet - we rarely (if ever) heard noise from other guests or rooms. The breakfast buffet downstairs at the Italian restaurant we delicious and convenient - serving from 6:30am - 9:30am (I think - it may have ended slightly later). Would definitely stay again.

It was nice, the ac was great in the heat, it was a really big bed just for me and the fridge kept everything cool. The room came with a washing machine that dried and I was a fan of the bidet.

Okay stay. Staff and service was great, but the hotel was a little bit run down, stains on the carpet and sofa, dirty walls in some areas. Looks better in pictures than it does in person. Also, the block/street it’s in is dirty, and smells a bit.

it's mixed feelings actually. The location is great, with lots of food options available within walking distance. Easy acess to public transportation as well. The room was well appointed. Not spacious but i think by Japanese standards, this is considered pretty good. Beddings comfortable and the room is very clean. Love the range of toiletries offered from bath sponge to combs. And the breakfast, tho not a huge range, was adequate and yummy. The staff are also very polite. BUT i encountered theft in my room!. Something which i had least expected in a Japanese hotel (and am well travelled in Asia and Europe). On the 1st day (check in day), I had left my phone charger adaptor in the room for a couple of hours while we popped out for dinner. When back, couldnt find it & thought maybe it had dropped under the furnitures. Didnt bother & went to bed. Searched under furnitures, & even trashbin the next morning, but to no avail. All that's left was the empty adaptor pouch. Went for the hotel breakfast provided & came back to room within 45mins, and the adaptor pouch which i left on the bed had disappeared!!! Went down to reception to ask if they are able to check their cctvs to see who has entered my room. No updates for the rest of the day. Checked out the next day and was asked if i had found the adaptor and pouch. I asked about cctvs, and they admitted there are NO cctvs on guest floors! So all i got was an apology. This was very disappointing.
