It was great to have laundry within our room. All staff were wonderful except for minor language barriers. Sadly we changed room once, and almost a second time. The first room we got we found long strands of hair under the sheet cover, and also found an used bandaid just under the bed visibly seeable when standing next to the bed. Took pictures to inform the staff and requested a cleaning, but with minor language barrier, staff offered a new room, we took it. The next room was clean, but the bath tub doesnt drain. Again, we video recorded the water not draining to staff and they offered to clean the tub while we head out for dinner. Unfortunately the draining issue was never fixed, and again the staff kindly offered another room. We didnt want to move again as we already unpacked and was hoping they can try to fix the issue. Sadly it wasn't fixable and we just had to finish our showers with water covering our foot from not draining sufficiently for the rest of our stay. Its questionable whether the cleaners actually wash the bathtub, the water draining issue should've been caught then. Didnt want to be a nuisance as all staff were busy and very tentative at the time when offered another room. Great location, we dont mind coming back but hopefully they can improve on cleaniness and room inspections before use.

I did not take advantage of the breakfast service, but my room was quiet and cozy. The water pressure is a real treat, as well as having an in-room washer dryer! Staff were helpful. It’s close to all kinds of interesting things, and a half hour or less’ walk to Hakata station (if you don’t want to take the 地下鉄🚇).

We usually stay at a Tokyu Stay location and are always happy with our experience. What was amazing on this trip was that the Hotel Manager helped us flag down a van taxi when he noticed we were having trouble reserving one. He walked up the street and came running back with a taxi for our size group and helped us load the bags. What awesome service!!! Arigato Gozaimasu!

It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and there were several eating places steps away and across the street. Lawsons right next door. Big department stores right down the street so it was in a very convenient area. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. There was an ironing press and some kind of washing machine in the room (instructions in Japanese and we didn't need it so we didn't inquire).The staff were polite, cheerful, and very helpful when we asked questions. They spoke English. There was coffee, water, and all kinds of free amenities in the lobby like room slippers, shower caps, etc.

Great place to stay. Totally central to food, shopping, and other amenities. Bonus was having your own washer/dryer combo. Staff was super helpful in sending our luggage to the next hotel in Tokyo as well.

I've stayed here multiple times, and I always have a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect, it's very central and you can walk to most places or hop on the subway, which is also very close by. The rooms are always clean and well-ventilated. The staff are extremely attentive and willing to help even if there can be a bit of a language barrier (though that's more on me for not having great Japanese skills). In terms of value, location, and staff service, I really can't think of a better place to stay. Can't wait to be back again!

We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of September in the middle of a heatwave - the AC kept the room cool and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a huge bonus as well - it was very convenient. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet - we rarely (if ever) heard noise from other guests or rooms. The breakfast buffet downstairs at the Italian restaurant we delicious and convenient - serving from 6:30am - 9:30am (I think - it may have ended slightly later). Would definitely stay again.
