Wonderful big bedroom

The pavement from Hakata station to apartment is bit rough at some places. Clean and spacious rooms. Good washing machine but not enough laundry detergent. Over good accommodation with 7 eleven nearby.

ところどころ埃が溜まっているところがあり掃除が十分ではないと感じました。服を洗濯しようとしたところ下の洗濯パンを見たらゴミや汚れが酷かったです。あと洗面所あたりの下水のにおいが酷かったのと、ベッドに血のようなシミがあり拭き取った感じもないぐらい濃い色をしていてとても気になりました。でも設備やサービスなどはとても良かったので、清掃面を改善していただけると安心して利用できると思います。

とにかく汚いです。前のゴミも残った状態。流し、お風呂の掃除も出来てない。壁は穴が空いて、汚れている。床はザラザラしてる。ソファは隙間にゴミが落ちてる。エアコンのせいか、部屋中臭い。安いには理由があると学びました。

立地は素晴らしいが、清掃が隅々まで行き届いておらず清潔さに欠ける。エアコンをつけたがかなりカビ臭く、アレルギー反応がでてしまいました。おそらくフィルターの掃除を怠っているようです。またタオルも2泊分用意されておらず、『洗濯するのが大前提』いうスタンスが気に入らない。2度と利用しない。
