I have stayed before and very pleased. Price, location, service, clean rooms. Only drawback was that we had to go to Green Annex for Japanese breakfast. Not a problem though, very close. Will definitely return!

The location of the hotel was excellent. It's a few minutes away from Hakata Stations where there are many shopping sites and also restaurants. We have two twin bed room with a sofa bed. The room itself is smaller than the picture, but we were ok with it as we are only staying for two nights. The toilet is super small and has a strong mildew smell. We asked for a new room as we can't handle that smell. The staff changed us to a new room, with the same setting. The room has been sprayed with Febreze before we got the room. Yet this room still have the Mildew smell. The mildew smell got stronger and I was thankful to stay there for 2 nights only. Also. the sofa bed was leaning toward one side and we can clearly tell the bed needed to be replaced. As for the paid parking, it stated 1500 per night whereas most hotel allow you to go out freely. However, if you are not parked in the property, you cannot go out once you are parked, unless you pay extras. This was clearly not stated.
