The typical rate used to be SGD 50. However the rate skyrocketed to SGD 250. It's really near to Hakata station by 5 mins. The breakfast was awesome although I read the review that the breakfast was bad. Some staffs were super kind and some staffs were not. It's not worthy to pay SGD250 but it's really worthy to pay SGD 50.

First, the room was extremely small—significantly smaller than hotel rooms I’ve stayed in across Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, where space is already known to be limited. Second, I was very disappointed by the luggage policy. I noticed several guests leaving their luggage in the lobby during my stay, yet the front desk staff refused to let me do the same after check-out. A colleague of mine stayed at a nearby hotel that allowed this without issue, which made the experience here even more frustrating. If you're not planning to leave the city immediately after checking out and need a place to store your luggage temporarily, I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Hotel is conveniently close to Hakata station, 6 min walk away, with great amenities including packets of coffee and lotions for face and body. The single room was a bit small but surprisingly, the double room was spacious, big enough to also accommodate a couch. The staff was very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms, which was very much appreciated. Overall a good stay.

There is no luggage storage service after checkout for this hotel. This is not convenient to travelers at all.

This property is very convenient since it’s literally a block away from the station and very walkable back and forth to Hakata. But the staff were non-existent since it seemed like their policy was to just do all digital check in and check out at their counters. The building is very narrow with only 1 elevator. So getting up and down was a bit difficult. Our room was average and wouldn’t say it was anything special or horrible. A good place if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night.

Hotel in a very convenient location for Hakata Station / bus station. Rooms are very small but quite well-equipped and comfortable. Would be awkward if travelling with large luggage, but for those of us who tend to travel light it does the job.
