今回初めてピコロ博多様を利用させて頂いたのですがロビーのI padによるcheck in 操作にかなり手こずりました。もう少しわかりやすくして頂きたいです。check in時PM5:00ごろだったのですがロビーの灯りがついていなくかなり暗かったです。
