泊まる施設は全体的に古さは否めないですが、全てにおいて清潔で気持ちが良かった。そして、期待していた食事ですが、夕食も朝食も期待以上に美味しかったです。 まさか、ケーキがホールでおいていて、自分で好きなだけカットできるなんて信じられませんでした。 色々なホテルや旅館に泊まりましたが、1番良かったです。 リピーターが多いのには納得でした、近々行きたいと思います

Do not worth the expensive price

Despite the high price, the facility was old and the service was poor. The food was not good as I expected. Totaly disappointed. 高いのに、コロナ対策もいまいちだし、サービスも残念。 肝心の食事は写真がいいだけに期待しましたが、食べてみると味付けは残念。。。 特にスイーツがおいしいものがなかった。

建物自体は築年数が長いと思いますが、とても清潔で快適に過ごせました。大浴場も程よい広さ感で清潔で洗面周辺も整ってます。とにかく色々努力されていることがうかがえます。 いちばん良かったのが朝食バイキングでどれも美味しくお洒落で大満足!!夕食はつけなかったので分かりませんが朝食はすごいです。 ざんな点をしいて上げるのなら、部屋のドアがかたくて開けにくくて体重をかけて開ける状態でした。 芝政や東尋坊も近くて、また利用したいです。

ホテルの施設や設備はきれいです。ただGW中で忙しかったとはいえ、フロントスタッフと電話に出るスタッフの対応が非常に悪い。部屋は広く、ゆったり出来るが、トイレの流れが悪く、しかも全体的に悪いのか、部屋前の廊下がエレベーターを降りてからずっと公衆トイレのような匂いがしていました。早急に改善した方が良いと思います。

お風呂はちょうど良い感じでした いろんな種類のお風呂に入りたい人には物足りないのかも知れません 朝食のレストランも比較的よかったです 混雑を想定して、呼び出しの無線なども準備されていました 敷布団が薄くて腰が痛くなりそうでした 好みにもよると思いますが 座布団を下に敷いて寝たり、2枚布団を重ねたりしました チェックイン時に既に布団がひいてあることについては、お客様のプライベートを優先するため…との理由でしたが、本当は作業効率化・人件費削減が目的なんじゃないか？と思ってしまいました 浴衣は部屋に用意されておらず、フロント近くの浴衣コーナーで自分で合うサイズを選んで持っていくスタイルでした これもやっぱり作業効率化の一環かなと思いました 施設自体はだいぶ古いのを改装して頑張っている感じでした 繁忙期であったとしてもこのクオリティでのお値段としては高すぎる感じでした

出張のため三連泊しました。 「Housekeepingに入ってほしくない」と言うと放っておかれます。構って欲しくない人向けです。 悪くないですが、土曜夜の宿泊費（朝食付き）32,400円の価値があるかというと、ちょっと怪しいです。

エアコンが古くて音が非常にうるさかった為、睡眠に支障が出てしまい、妻と相談して2泊の所を1泊で切り上げる事となった。 またホテルの方は全室禁煙と言っていたが畳にタバコ臭がした。 妻にゆっくりしてもらう予定だったので非常に残念であった。

酒店離蘆原三國站不遠, 步行只需幾分鐘 , 員工十分友善有禮, 住客不太多, 外國遊客只有我們一家, 溫泉浴場幾乎是我們包場十分舒服 . 自助早餐十分豐富好味.
