The view of high Castle and all the seasonal, local festivities were literally right out our windows. I knew we would be close to the holiday events, but not that they would be right out our door.

Fabulous stay in the heart of Fussen

I highly recommend this property. It was spacious, welcoming, and conveniently located downtown. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail in making our stay comfortable. Big things like cleanliness and comfy mattresses, but also the little things like restaurant suggestions, board games, a library of books to borrow, hair dryer, drinks in the fridge. Finally, the host met us to guide us to the underground parking that was close-by, and gave us a little background on the property which was a nice touch. Would happily recommend.

Great Spot - Wish We Stayed Longer

Lucky House is in the heart of the Old Town and is a vibrant, interesting spot. Our host, Peter, was charming and full of information about the town and surrounding area. The room was very clean and well equipped. Bakeries for breakfast are close by, as are restaurants and shopping (if you are into that sort of thing). People watching from the window is outstanding. The beds are comfortable, the pillows firm and the room is surprisingly soundproof, as we heard nothing when it was time to sleep. There was good water pressure for the shower and the bathroom is very modern. There is a good library outside the room (in the common space). We drove there and we’re surprised that parking was close by and we felt safe leaving the car in the underground parking. We hope to visit again … next time for longer. There was so much to see and do in Füssen!
