Room was quite warm at night. There was a window/door that could be opened on to a balcony, but invariably someone would start smoking below (we were on the second floor) and we'd need to close it. Also there was a lot of street noise, so we'd close the door to block it out. The shower valve was not temperature-controlled and would frequently go from normal to scalding. Turn down the temp and then it would be too cold. The sink water temp was also a bit awkward to control, but at least not as dangerous. The room itself was just a bit too small. Finding a place to lay out two suitcases for easy access over several days took some cleverness. This is the sixth hotel we've stayed in during our 2+ week Germany trip and it was a bit disappointing compared to the others.

The lady at the reception desk was rude. There was an issue regarding parking. We had a hard time understanding her and needed more explanation of which we felt she was impatient with us as hotel guests. Also, the air conditioner in our room dripped water onto the floor all night. We had to put towel on the floor to absorb the water.

First class hotel all the way around! Clean, comfortable, quiet, in a picturesque village. The staff was amazing, room spacious well appointed, at a central and convenient location. Do not pass on the breakfast buffet!

Good location. Nice rooms but the bed cover was dirty and the a/c made some weird noise during the night

The parking garage is extremely difficulty to get in and out of. There was no information on having to pay to use the hot tub in any of the details of the property. Parking should be included as well as any amenity uses such as the hot tub.

This hotel is centrally located in the town, offering excellent convenience for both transportation and daily needs. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. We booked a family room and initially worried that having only one bathroom might be inconvenient, but were pleasantly surprised to find that the toilet and shower were separated—an ideal setup for a family. The hotel also provides a parking area, which is very convenient for self-driving travelers. The breakfast selection was extensive, and overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Excellent location and beautiful hotel. As a family, would prefer to have more privacy than a clear glass door on the shower room, but otherwise everything else was excellent. Full breakfast buffet was great!
