The newly renovated and exclusively furnished apartment in November 2016 impresses with its central location and high-quality furnishings.
Our 33 m² apartment is located on the 1st Floor of a multiparty house with elevator.
A 1.60 x 2.00 m bed, which is separated in a sleeping alcove, ensures a restful sleep.
If 2 more sleeping spaces are required, a 1.40 mx 2.00 m sofa bed is available. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available. Cot can be provided if required. Storage space is in the hallway with a 2 meter wardrobe.
You cook in a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, as well as fridge and freezer combination)
At the cozy dining area (extendable table) with 4 chairs you can enjoy your prepared dishes.
A flat screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. Of course you have free WIFI in the apartment.
The view into the green of the Rednitzauen in the middle of the city is unique.
The balcony invites you to linger in the summer months.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with toilet and sink.
Location:
The old town of Fürth is only a few minutes away on foot. The Gustavstraße with its cozy pubs is worth a visit. Fürther Mare can be reached with a walk through the Rednitzauen.
The Cafe Brothaus, for fresh rolls or a full breakfast, is opposite.
Shops can be reached by car in a few minutes.
You have the underground connection right in front of the door, so that you can reach the old town of Nuremberg, the Christkindlesmarkt and the trade fair in 20-30 minutes.
In a few minutes you are on the Frankenschnellweg and the Südwesttangente.
Nothing stands in the way of an excursion to the Playmobil fun park in Zirndorf, Carrera World or to Herzogenaurach (Adidas Outlet).
