Beach front apartment with terrace, 2 bedrooms, capacity for 4 people and sea views in Torreblanca. Situated in the building Promosol with parking and walking distance to everything.



The apartment consists of a living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, 2 arm chairs, TV and dining table. From here you have access to a super nice terrace, partly closed with windows, partly open, with beautiful sea views, dining table for all your meals and 2 sunchairs. Fully fitted independent kitchen with all appliances and utensils, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. Separate utility room with washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Bathroom with a bathtub.



The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, electric heating and spanish TV. We provide all bed linen and towels.



There are ramps and lifts in the building, the community is gated with an open air parking with enough spaces for everyone and a full time concierge.
