The hotel was old but people were so nice and safe even very close to station and many shopping stores, restaurants. The are main hotel building and hotel annex building. Two buildings are connected.

２泊させていただいたのですが、まず連泊の場合の清掃などについての説明は一切なく、部屋でのんびり寝ていたところに清掃係りのおばさまが直接部屋をノックされて１１時には部屋を空けて欲しいと言われました。12:30からアフタヌーンティーを楽しむ予定だったのでその時間に合わせて掃除をしてほしいと頼んだがダメと言われました。仕方なく時間を潰して１時間で終わると聞いていたので12時過ぎに一度部屋に戻りましたがロックバーですぐにドアが開くようにしてありまだ清掃中だと思いました。アフタヌーンティーまで時間を潰してから食事を楽しんで部屋に戻りました。まだロックバーでドアがオープン状態でした。さすがにおかしいと思い恐る恐るドアを開けたら、清掃は終わっていました。一体何時間その状態だったんだろう!?慌てて部屋の電話からフロントに連絡しましたが、ゲストからの連絡とは思わなかったのか、最初変な対応をされてしまいました。後から清掃係りのおばさまとその上司さんと謝罪に来られましたが、うっかりしていてすみません、としか…謝罪がとにかく軽く感じてしまいました。確かに貴重品は置いてありませんでしたけど、誰でも入れる状態でしたので、気持ち悪くて… そしてチェックアウトの時も特にフロント係の方からの謝罪もなく、あっさり終わってしまいましたので、報連相が全く機能してないホテルだなと痛感いたしました。 これから連泊で使う方は清掃されないことをオススメいたします。
