This tastefully decorated Fruitvale guesthouse is a perfect location while visiting the Kootenays. Situated half way between Red and Whitewater ski resorts, it is ideal for an outdoor enthusiasts. Walking distance to the grocery store, post office, bars, restaurants, and clinic. Three golf courses within a short drive and easy access to lakes and hiking destinations, as well as the famed Bonnington Traverse ski tour route.
Trail Airport is a 10 minutes drive and Castlegar is within 30 minutes.

The house is located in the centre of town within walking distance to all amenities. Main bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has a queen.

Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to accommodate your cooking needs.
