We stayed here a while ago when it was owned by another company. It was recently bought out. The restaurant was closed, no mention of breakfast being available. The indoor pool and 2 hot tubs are nice. One hot tub was regular temp (maybe 102-104) and one was super hot. Pool was pretty cold. Good for a nice plunge! They also have a sauna. Beware: double bed rooms have full size beds not queen! Kind of old but relatively well kept. It was clean and staff was nice. The price is good, which was our main concern. The little ski shop by the elevators was closed.

ANOTHER new name and owner! We had a really comfortable and most enjoyable two night stay while skiing at Copper and Loveland. Everything worked just fine - though the sauna does take ages to warm up, unfortunately. (Wish they'd turn it on at lunch time, so it was hot by the time the ski traffic returned?) Parking was great in heavy snow, great job in the snow clearing, thank you. And of course the access to Frisco and Breck is excellent by car or using the Summit Stage. Is the hotel pretty old and really very much in need of a facelift? Absolutely. But it is clean and as well kept as feasible, and as a base we think it is extremely hard to beat. Really helpful staff: efficient and knowledgeable too. Will be stay again? Most definitely. Greatly appreciated.

I got charged for 2 rooms so I am leaving 2 reviews. Expedia booking error said my rooms didn’t book but hotel wouldn’t credit. Management is terrible. Do not stay here. Also, beware of Expedia. They wouldn’t Stand behind their own booking issues. They are terrible. Use a different platform to book. I never leave reviews. This was maddening.

I got charged for 2 room's due to an Expedia issue that said I didn’t book a room and the hotel wouldn’t credit back. I am going to dispute on my credit card now. Same person 2 rooms booked at 11 pm when vail pass closed. I don’t ever wrote reviews but this hotel and management team suck. Do not stay here. It also is dirty and ugly.

Great place, but the pool needs work.

Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay. The only issue we had was with the pool area. It is a tile floor which makes it extra slippery, especially with the part that is sloped downward. Also, the pool was at least 10 degrees too cold. It was absolutely frigid. Our kids wanted to swim but it was far too cold for them.

King suite

Lobby was very inviting. There is some wear and tear on the walls and in the hallways. Our room was a little musky, but overall cozy. Couch in king suite could use a cleaning. Spa tub in king suite could use a refinishing. It looked dirty, but found to be stained or scratched. The sauna was not working and the pool was ice cold. The hot tubs had some kind of green sandy gunk in the bottom. Gym was clean and everything worked. Game room was fun and clean. The staff was great and it was very overall cozy.

Room was missing blackout curtains. The heating unit didn’t work properly & set at 68 we woke in the night sweating! There was someone down the hall cooking a very pungent meal in their room!
