Arriving by boat? There’s a boat dock and bulkhead available, set sail and enjoy a day on the water! For those taking a land route, a large, paved driveway and carport welcomes multiple vehicles. Your dog (one furry friend is welcome) will love the grassy front yard to work out the zoomies while you will love the peacefulness of the waterfront setting. Two outdoor showers and a half-bath make it easy to clean up after a day on the water and a fish cleaning table makes prepping your fresh catch for dinner a breeze.

Three of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level: a master queen features an extra single bed and an ensuite bath. A room with two queens and another with one queen bed share a jack-and-jill bath. Also on this level is a den featuring a pull-out queen sofa bed and a Smart TV. The final bedroom, a master king with ensuite bath and Smart TV is located on level two. Finally, a loft with a trundle bed can accommodate two more.

The multi-windowed main living area invites you to sit back and relax — if just for a while — before venturing out to start your day. The open floor plan is warm and welcoming with sea-blue tones and new, comfortable furnishings. The open chef’s kitchen features generous counter space, stainless-steel appliances, a separate beverage refrigerator and a four-stool breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee as you plan your day. The six-seat dining table offers a prime canal view and the living room area featuring a Smart TV offers just the right amount of space to enjoy each other’s company. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the weekly dog fee is already included in your booking summary when selecting 'Yes' to pets. The $200 weekly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $5,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
