The condo is in a quiet complex within walking distance of Main Street. It has beautiful views from the back terrace which look out to White River National Forest. In addition to all the readily available outdoor activities this space is arranged for working remotely, writing or just enjoying peace and quiet while relaxing by the fireplace. The clubhouse is located directly in front of the building across the parking lot and is complete with 3 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub, a pool, steam room, sauna, tennis, racquetball courts and pay laundry facilities.

Sleeping arrangements in the are as follows:
1) master bedroom sleeps 2 (queen bed)
2) living room sleeps 2 (queen sofa bed)

Parking includes a designated covered spot, and plenty of uncovered parking if you have more than one vehicle. We can also accommodate large campers and motor homes. If you are bringing a large RV type vehicle, please let us know so we can get you a pass from the HOA.

This unit is managed directly by the owner and we are local. Someone is available to answer any questions you may have before, during or after your stay.
