Mountainside 162H is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Frisco. This condo features a fully equipped kitchen, in unit WIFI, large flat screen TV in the living area, wood burning fireplace and pleasing mountain views from the extended back deck. Bedding goes Queen bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed again in the second bedroom and Queen sofa sleeper in the living area.

Mountainside is a great option for anyone who wishes to stay in Frisco - there really is something for everyone. Situated 5 blocks south of 5th Avenue and Main Street, it's an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants Main Street has to offer. Mountainside has a great clubhouse for its guests with an indoor pool, indoor hot tub and 3 outdoor hot tubs. Additionally, there is WIFI in the clubhouse, common area laundry facilities and volleyball and tennis courts (summer only). Each building at Mountainside has common parking underneath as well as additional parking in front. In the summertime, the Summit County bike path and plenty of hiking trails are right outside your door.

Income Property

This is just an income property with zero effort put into simple repairs and things as simple as light bulbs, light switches and fixtures. Stale smelling cabinets and very uncomfortable furniture. It's easy to see that this condo is not used or cared for by the actual owners in any way. We've stayed in various Mountainside condos many times, the location is awesome.

Perfect for Ski Weekend

This condo was just what we needed for a couple days of skiing in summit county. Plenty of space for 4 people. Well-appointed kitchen & linens, could use some extra soap/towels in bathrooms. Easy access to the ski resorts (by car, the bus stop is quite a walk from the condo). Overall would stay here again.

Cozy condo

Cozy condo, great for 2-4 people. Great location. A little outdated, furniture has seen a better day. Beds not very comfortable. But we still had a great time. Loved it was close to everything. Great covered parking.

The view of the mountain and location just from downtown Frisco is the only thing I enjoyed about this place. Furniture very old and bed felt like I slept on a box spring, didn't get good sleep which made me tired most of my trip.

Cozy place in a really great location!

This place was great for us. Had everything we needed and a lot of space for four. Not too far from Copper where we skied. Would definitely book again!
