Unser Urlaub in der Finca Alqueria del Duende im Juni 2019

Wir haben die Finca in den Bergen von Frigiliana im Juni 2019 für 14 Tage mit 5 Paaren besucht. Nach Buchung des Objekts hatten wir sofort sehr freundlichen Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin Emilia, die uns alle noch offenen Fragen direkt beantwortet hat. Nach Eingang der Zahlung des Mietpreises bekamen wir ebenfalls sofort die Bestätigung. Nach einiger Zeit wurde der Kontakt per WhatsApp weitergeführt und bis zur Ankunft über ein halbes Jahr immer mal wieder mit einem freundlichen "Hallo" gepflegt. Kurz vor der Anreise bekamen wir von Emilia den Link für die Wegbeschreibung zur Finca per Smartphone, was auch super funktioniert hat. Ebenso konnten wir schon früher als üblich unser Gepäck im Haus abstellen und einige Besorgungen machen. Das Haus, die Außenanlagen, das Interieur und alles was dazu gehört sind genauso wie beschrieben. Alles ist sehr schön hergerichtet, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank, einen großen Eisschrank und noch einen kleinen Kühlschrank am Grill. Gekocht wird per Gas. Alles funktioniert vom Herd über den Backofen bis zur Kaffeemaschine und dem Toaster. Fließend Wasser zum Duschen und für die Toilettenspülung , alles super. Ebenfalls waren bei 10 Personen natürlich auch mal die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine in Gebrauch, problemlos. Alle haben gut auf den Matratzen geschlafen, niemand ist mit Kreuzschmerzen aufgestanden. Die Liegen am Pool sind gut nutzbar, Badetücher sind vorhanden sowie Handtücher und Duschtücher. Emilia kommt alle paar Tage, nach Absprache, mal zum Gießen der Blumen und Sträucher vorbei und nach einer Woche wurden die Räumlichkeiten gereinigt, die Betten neu bezogen und neue Hand- und Duschtücher sowie Badetücher hingehängt. Es gibt selbstverständlich auch Internetzugang in der Finca und einen Fernseher. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt dort und möchten hier noch einmal Danke sagen für die Freundlichkeit die uns Emilia entgegengebracht hat. Von uns gibt es auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung des Hauses und der Gegend sowieso. Gruß Die Kegelquäler

Excellent villa, it met all our expectations.

Finding it was a little difficult at first but the views when we arrived were worth it.The villa was well equipped apart from the sun-beds only 8 useable, this made for some difficulties around the pool. The owners were local, friendly and welcoming. We would recommend this villa based on our experience. Ann Houghton

Wunderschön!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Zur Lage: Das Haus liegt ruhig und uneinsehbar ein paar Kilometer von Frigiliana entfernt. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das weiße Dorf Frigiliana und auf das Meer. Zum Haus: Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt. Es finden sich vier Terassen, sodass man mit oder gegen die Sonne ums Haus wandern kann. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Den Außengrill haben wir mehrmals genutzt, auch hier findet sich ein schöner Außenbereich, wo man gemütlich das Gegrillte verzehren kann. Es finden sich für bis zu vier Autos Stellplätze am Haus. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist komfortabel. Zum Teil haben die Räume eine Klimaanlage. Fast alle Zimmer haben ein eigenes Badezimmer, ein echter Luxus! Wir haben in den Betten super geschlafen! Auch die Möblierung ist sehr schön und sieht in der Wirklichkeit eigentlich besser aus als auf den Bildern. An einigen kleineren Stellen zeigen sich ein paar Abnutzungserscheinungen, aber insgesamt ist das Haus sehr sauber und absolut gut in Schuss. In der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir zum Kochen brauchten (von der Paellapfanne bis hin zur elektrischen Orangenpresse). Bei unserer Abfahrt rückte eine vierköpfige Putzkolonne an, und das hat man im absolut positiven Sinne auch gemerkt. Emilia ist eine tolle Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch funktioniert gut. Alle wichtigen Informationen wurden uns zugeschickt. Wir sind bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett empfangen worden und Emilia war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Also insgesamt: Eine absolute Empfehlung! Dear Emilia, thank you for the wonderfull holidays in your house and for your warm and friendly welcoming! We want to come back again!

Perfection !!!

We had an incredible time at this fabulous villa. Plenty of space and beautiful views for two families. Emilia was very kind and helpful, we wish we could have stayed longer. The villa was very clean, fully equiped and everything was in excellent working condition. Frigiliana is a very charming nearby village, make sure you drop by. Super accueil, une gentillesse exemplaire,maison impeccable.Nous étions 5 couples avec enfants et avions chacun notre intimité.Vue magnifique .la villa est très bien située ,entre Malaga et Grenada;mer et montagnes sont à proximitées.le superbe village de Frigiliana est très animé.les 15 jours furent très courts . absolulment génial

Tout est comme décrit hormis une petite précision, ne prenez pas une voiture trop imposante car le chemin pour accéder à la maison est très raide et avec des virages très secs sinon pour le reste tout est parfait et nous avons passé un séjour à 14 vraiment super, à refaire avec grand plaisir.

Une villa magnifique autant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur.Un entretien de la propriété irréprochable. Un panoramique idyllique sur un splendide village blanc (Frigiliana), la mer et la montagne. De la détente au bord de la grande piscine avec vue sur les avocatiers et les différentes plantations.Que du bonheur pour un séjour inoubliable. Sans oublier une propriétaire d'une humanité rare !!! "Une super maison spacieu...

"Une super maison spacieuse qui nous a permis de passer un séjour génial! Nous étions plusieurs couples, dont certains avec des enfants, et chacun a pu avoir son intimité et son espace. Il y a un étage avec deux chambres, la cuisine et le séjour. Puis 4 chambres qui donnent sur le jardin avec leur propre salle de bain. la terrasse pour diner est très agréable avec une jolie vue dégagée. La maison est bien située, à quelques minutes du village Frigiliana, joli village blanc mais un peu touristique. Nous avons aussi été à Nerja et Grenade, superbes! La piscine est grande, l''eau était un peu fraîche mais nous nous sommes tous baignés tous les jours. Nous avons eu un super temps, grand soleil tous les jours. Emilia et son fils, les propriétaires sont très gentils et chaleureux et s''occupent bien de nous. Emilia nous a même cuisiné des croquettas! Chloé, Paris France"
