Etwas oberhalb von Frigiliana liegt dieses charmante Ferienhaus mit großem Grundstück, Olivenbäumen und zwei beeindruckenden Pinien. Das Haus ist älter, aber gepflegt und praktisch ausgestattet: 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wohnküche mit Smart-TV/Kamin, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Highlight ist der große Wintergarten mit Terrasse und Meerblick.Der Pool (ca. 1,60 m tief) ist sauber, Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Der Grill ist in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Besonders angenehm: schnelle Hilfe durch den Hausbetreuer (z. B. bei Reparaturen oder frischer Bettwäsche).Die Zufahrt ist schmal, große Autos parken besser rückwärts. Insgesamt ein ruhiges, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – ideal für entspannte Tage in schöner Natur.
