Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Einen Kritikpunkt gibt es allerdings. Am Ferienort war eine große Baustelle, so dass kein direkter Zugang zur Nordsee möglich war. Wir hĂ€tten uns gewĂŒnscht, dass dies im Vorfeld vom Vermieter kommuniziert worden wĂ€re.

Wir haben das Objekt sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden.Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und hat kurze Wege zu Sport, Spaß und Spiel.FĂŒr den zurzeit gesperrten Badestrand sollte man VerstĂ€ndnis aufbringen.Werden bei Gelegenheit das Objekt gerne wieder buchen.

Durch die Baustelle am Damm die leider wohl noch bis Herbst/ Winter 2025 andauert war dieses Jahr nicht ganz so super. Was die Gemeinde Friedrichskoog allerdings vor hat hat Potenzial. Eventuell 26 oder eher 27 nochmal vorbei schauen.

Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war innerhalb kĂŒrzester Zeit. Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.Das HĂ€uschen war perfekt fĂŒr uns. Es war sauber,hatte alles, wirklich alles da,was wir brauchten.Total gut ausgestattet, genug Platz und gemĂŒtlich.BĂ€cker,Eis,Restaurant,Souvenirs,Mini-Golf,Go-Cart Verleih und toller Spielplatz fast direkt vor der TĂŒr...Das einzige,was schade war, das der wirklich nahgelegene Deich gesperrt war (wohl bis zum Herbst)...aber das wußten wir vorher...von daher war wirklich alles top...Danke

Das Ferienhaus an sich ist ganz ok aber die Sauberkeit lĂ€sst etwas zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig! Der Dunstabzug hat fĂŒrchterlich nach alten Fett gerochen und Töpfe und Pfannen mĂŒsste dringend erneuert werden.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, die Umgebung leider nicht wie beschrieben

Ich tu mich wirklich schwer, hier eine Bewertung abzugeben. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, das haus war sauber und gepflegt, die KĂŒchenausstattung war top, viel mehr als hier angegeben ist, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr angenehm. Jedoch waren wir ziemlich enttĂ€uscht, dass man in Friedrichskoog-Spitze den versprochenen Strand nicht mal betreten kann. Über Kilometer hinweg eine einzige Baustelle, Deichsanierung. Klar, es muss gemacht werden, aber dazu ist im inserat nichts zu finden, man wird nicht mal drauf hingewiesen und erfĂ€hrt es erst vor Ort. Die nĂ€chste Bademöglichkeit ist Luftlinie 13km entfernt, aber vorausgesetzt man ist nicht im Besitz eines Amphibienfahrzeugs sondern auf regulĂ€re Straßen angewiesen wie wir, benötigt man mindestens 40min mit dem Auto. Egal, welche AktivitĂ€t man ansteuert (ausgenommen Fahrradfahren und die Seehundrettungsstation), man fĂ€hrt mindestens 40min, um diese zu erreichen. Wir haben uns die Laune nicht vermiesen lassen und hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub. FĂŒr aktive Familien, die viel erleben wollen, ist der Ort nicht geeignet. Und fragt vor der Buchung nach, ob die Deichsanierung schon abgeschlossen ist.

Schöne Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Nicht in Ordnung finde ich, dass die Beschreibung 300m zum Strand lautet, der jedoch gerade eine rießen Baustelle ist und nicht betretbar ist. Die Kinder waren sehr enttĂ€uscht.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Sehr schönes HĂ€uschen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gute KĂŒchenausstattung und auch viele Spiele und DVDs vor Ort. Gute und schnelle Kontaktaufnahme durch den Vermieter. Hatten nicht zu beanstanden. War eine schöne Unterkunft. Diese ist auf alle FĂ€lle weiterzuempfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist optimal fĂŒr Familie, schöne Einrichtung, mit allem was man braucht. Lage ist super, ruhig aber zentral. Leider wussten wir vorher nichts von der Deich Sanierung, dass war sehr schade.

Tolles HĂ€uschen, ruhig gelegen

Meine Familie und ich waren rundum zufrieden. Die KĂŒche bietet alles was man braucht, ebenso sind Spiele fĂŒr drinnen und draußen vorhanden und BĂŒcher braucht man auch keine mitnehmen da eine schöne Auswahl vorhanden ist. Selbst DVDs und CDs findet vor Ort. Wir hatten ein paar schöne, sonnige Tage!
