Kommunikation im Vorfeld bestens, alles hat geklappt und vor allem war auch alles sehr sauber. Klare Anweisungen für die umweltgerechte Entsorgung. Nahe zum Stadtzentrum (logisch dass die Nacht nicht so ruhig ist wie auf einer Alp...), Buslinie vor dem Haus - Fahrkarte ist in Kurtaxe inbegriffen. Rundum happy.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Herrn Bless rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist modern, sauber, gemütlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders angenehm war auch die ruhige Lage mit gleichzeitig sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr – dank der inkludierten Bodensee Card waren wir flexibel und konnten viel in Friedrichshafen und Umgebung unternehmen.Die Wohnung war top vorbereitet – als Willkommensgruß warteten sogar Getränke im Kühlschrank sowie Gummibärchen auf den Betten auf uns. Eine sehr nette Geste!Alles war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.Ein besonderes Highlight war, dass wir genau während des Seehasenfests dort waren – eine tolle Überraschung mit richtig viel los in der Stadt!Ein klitzekleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag unsererseits: Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre hilfreich, damit man die Spülmaschine nicht so oft halbvoll laufen lassen muss – aber das ist wirklich nur ein Detail. Genug Geschirr zu Essen zu viert ist für 2 Malzeiten da.Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Bless war sehr angenehm, und auch bei der Abreise war alles bestens organisiert. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen – es gibt in der Gegend noch einiges zu entdecken.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!Familie Schmitz

Geschirrangebot etwas gering. Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser. Gleichwertige Betten wären schön , wenn 4 Erwachsene. Matratzen, ggf. Topper wünschenswert passend zu Betten. Müllecke am Haus verbesserungswürdig. Wir waren viel unterwegs und konnten die Lage der Wohnung für Fahrradtouren gut nutzen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer wunderschönen Lage, da Bus und Bahn gleichermaßen gut zu erreichen sind. Einkaufen und Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke. In der Ferienwohnung alles schön sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank dafür.

Gute Infrastruktur

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung wünscht. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb des touristischen Zentrums, dafür sind Supermärkte und eine Bäckerei um die Ecke. Uns hat die kostenlose Anbindung an den ÖPNV mittels der „echten Bodensee Karte“, die der sehr freundliche Vermieter bereits für uns in der Wohnung hinterlegt hatte, restlos überzeugt. Die Bushaltestelle ist mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen, das Gebiet, für das die Bodensee Karte gilt, riesig.

phänomenal eingerichtete Wohnung, bis ins Detail durchdacht und mit viel Stauraum für Persönliches

Wir genossen den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung...besonders auch mit dieser Terrasse, welche vom Vorderhaus von der Straße abgeschirmt ist. Mit dem Bus, wenige Meter vom Hause entfernt, unternahmen wir tolle Ausflüge. Unsere 2 Autos konnten wir geschützt im Hinterhof abstellen. Die Wohnung liegt recht zentrumsnah... Besonders freut uns, dass der Gastgeber, Herr Bless, uns zugesagt hat, dass wir wieder kommen dürfen.

Tolle Wohnung fußläufig zum Bodensee

Schöne helle Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bäckereien und Lebensmittelgeschäft ganz in der Nähe. Top Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Super detaillierte Informationen für die Anreise und einchecken. Begrüßungsgetränke im Kühlschrank, sowie eine süße Überraschung haben uns nach längerer Anreise sehr erfreut. Der Bodensee ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Außerdem erhält man für die Kurtaxe die ECHT BODENSEE CARD. Mit dieser Karte kann man sich autofrei mit dem ÖPNV kostenlos bewegen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Schritte von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in moderner Ferienwohnung. Gute Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Zugang über schmale Außentreppe mit großem Koffer ambitioniert. Entspannte Terrassennutzung nur bedingt möglich, da an unmittelbar angrezender Hauswand, durch geöffnete Fenster, Wahrnehmung Gräuche/ Sanitärraumnutzung unvermeidbar sind.
