*Note: All outdoor furniture is removed during the winter months to protect it from wintertime deterioration. Stay warm in the home and cozy up by the fireplace.

If lounging is more down your alley then you're sure to enjoy the patio with the swinging hammock chair and comfortable stylish spaces to unwind. Or Netflix and chill in the living room with our SmartTV with access to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu...

-During colder weather enjoy our gas fireplace with a click of a button. While you listen to some vinyls.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:

The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom and a free standing tub to enjoy and relax. You will also have access to the patio with a swinging hammock chair and lounging area to sip your morning coffee.

The first guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and access to a jack and jill bathroom.

The second guest bedroom offers a King size bed and a perfect work space for those business travelers.

-All bedrooms equipped with brand-new memory foam mattresses and luxury sheets.

-Fully stocked kitchen includes Dual Keurig coffee maker, Rice cooker, waffle maker, blender, microwave, and Brita water filter pitcher.

-Bar area with all the bar essentials you need to build yourself a good cocktail "BYOL" *alcohol not included

-Fully stocked bathrooms with towels, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, and hair dryers.

-Washer+ dryer included.

You have access to Entire home and private/fenced backyard.

*NO ACCESS to the garage. That is my personal storage.

🌲Located in one of the oldest and sought after neighborhoods in Fresno. Fig Garden is unique and neighborly. It's charm and beauty attract many locals to the area looking to enjoy a peaceful evening walk through the beautiful tree line streets and coolest homes. I encourage you to take a walk down Van Ness to sight see some of the most unique homes from the 1920's.

🌲In terms of safety, our neighborhood is safe, peaceful and quiet. We have our very own sheriff and fire station that oversee and protect Fig Garden.

🌲If you choose to stay with us in December you'll be walking distance to Christmas Tree Lane! This annual Christmas Tree Lane event attracts many visitors who enjoy the holiday lights featuring hundreds of trees and homes all decked out. If that's something you're into.

*Note: BE AWARE that there will be heavy traffic after 6pm all the month of December due to the event. Some streets will be close . Alternative routes will need to be taken to go out and back into the home.

No shoes inside the home please. Shoes are to be taken off and left by the front door for the health and safety of all.

*Tracking mud into the home WILL result in an additional $40 cleaning fee*

If you plan to use our grill we ask that you PLEASE CLEAN IT before you leave. If left dirty this will take additional time from my cleaners and I will need to charge an additional fee. I have provided a grill cleaner for your convenience .
