Paper thin walls. Our neighbors to the side of us and above us had children and they were running around so much that our room was shaking. Not just noise but actual vibration disturbances. Called multiple times but staff didn’t suggest a new room, just that there would call, which did not solve the problem. Don’t put children on the top floor!

Breakfast was good, had a meat , eggs, quiche, waffles, muffins, pantry, cereals. So diffrent options. Both the afternoon check in staff at 3:30 PM. Did not have customer service skills and was a little rude. The morning. Desk staff was also a little rude. Also the wall on the both from breakfast fell over as I sat down. Staff just came and set it back up. Vlearly it had been broken for some time, and just settinf it back up and not securing so it would fall afain is a safety issue. Plus staff didn not even appoligize or anything. Just came and the two ladies pucked the wall piece vack up and the shelf and set it back up . We moved to a table. At night in the hotel a lot of nosise from inside the hotel rooms all night into the early morning hours. A lot of in and out traffic into rooms as well. Definitely wont be staying there again or recommending. Was really disapointed as I booked because of tge higher star reviews.

The comfort level of the bed was outstanding!! Hated the pillows but the bed made up for it. Walls were thin and I could hear the room next door's tv perfectly. Staff was GREAT! No matter who I encountered, they greeted me. Michael was very helpful when curving in. Loved my stay here.
