The hotel was outdated and the television was broken I informed them and they never replaced it. The door to the back was broken and I had to use a chair to secure the door.

Buena experiencia en general en Hotel del Fresno. La atención y la estancia fueron satisfactorias; sin embargo, existe una importante área de oportunidad en los métodos de pago. Actualmente no contar con opción de pago en línea complica la gestión para clientes corporativos, ya que en nuestro caso las reservaciones se realizan de forma anticipada y nuestras políticas no permiten manejo de efectivo o pagos por parte del colaborador que viaja. Incorporar alternativas de pago remoto fortalecería mucho la experiencia para clientes de negocio. Fuera de ese punto, la experiencia fue positiva.
